LEV Awareness
Many employees are made ill every year as a result of exposure to hazardous substances, such as dusts and fumes, which have not been adequately controlled. LEV is - or should be - an important part of many exposure control strategies.
It needs to be the right type for the job
It needs installing properly in the first place
It needs regular checking and maintenance throughout the year
It needs testing thoroughly at least once every year
We usually offer this course in house. Practical Management of LEV Controls
This is a new one-day course, developed in conjunction with the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) to deal with the management issues surrounding LEV. LEV is an important way of controlling exposure which is often a result poor education/management
This course will run at our training centre in Portsmouth on 10th January and 15th October 2012. We are also happy to run the course in house.
