Clearance Certification

Gully Howard Technical are UKAS accredited to carry out Clearance Certification for licensed asbestos removals.

Written Statement of cleanliness following removal of textured coatings.

The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006 do not require an independently provided certificate of reoccupation following the removal of textured coatings.
However a written statement should be issued, stating that the area has been thoroughly cleaned and visually inspected to ensure that no visible traces of dust and debris remain and it is suitable for reoccupation.
Whereas the Regulations do not specify who should carry out the inspection using Gully Howard Technical would ensure that work has been carried out to a satisfactory standard.
